Eight industries, one method

The discipline does not change from sector to sector. How the business runs does.

So that is what we read first. How the work moves, where it stalls, and which system holds the record everyone argues about.

How we work across sectors

Sector knowledge shortens discovery. It does not replace it.

The platforms are the same everywhere. What changes is the process, the vocabulary and the constraints.

Every project starts from the problem, not the platform. The step still done by hand. The report that lands a week too late. The two systems holding different versions of the same customer.

A distributor and a university use different words for that. They are describing the same shape.

  1. Step 01

    Discover

Work out what the business needs, what hurts today, and what runs where.

  2. Step 02

    Design

Agree what gets built, how it will work for the people using it, and in what order.

  3. Step 03

    Build

Configure platforms, develop applications, automate processes and build integrations.

  4. Step 04

    Integrate

Connect ERP, CRM, data, marketing and third-party systems.

  5. Step 05

    Test

Check it works, the data is right, and the people who will use it can.

  6. Step 06

    Launch

Go live, train everyone, and stay close while it beds in.

  7. Step 07

    Optimize

Watch how it performs and keep improving it.
